Golden Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit - Great for eating!

These mushrooms have a tangy cashew flavor and make a lovely garnish fried and sprinkled over salads and soups. This is a fun and creative way to grow gourmet mushrooms in your own kitchen. I developed these kits as a way for people to learn a little more about growing mushrooms than your standard mushroom kits will teach you, no special equipment is required. Includes a 5mL mushroom culture, instructions, a glossary of mycology terms, and a fungi word search. The instructions cover two ways of growing them - the first way is to grow them in a bag of pre-cooked rice on your kitchen counter, and the second way is to grow them in a bucket of straw.
