Shipping policy
Orders generally ship out within 3 business days of the order being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
We offer UPS Ground or Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. We offer local delivery within five miles of the shop. If you’re outside of the US send an email to hello@amanobrooklyn.com with your foreign address and we will try to help.
Postage rates are calculated by the carriers and are based on the weight and size of your package as well as the distance to be shipped. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier, not the day that the order was placed. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
You are responsible for providing correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been shipped to an inaccurate address that you have provided, we cannot be held responsible. If you refuse a shipment from us or do not pick up your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any assessed customs duties or taxes, and a 25% restocking fee. This total will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
