Inspired by the 2024 solar eclipse over New York, this whimsical stand brings a touch of cosmic charm to your everyday treasures. Each stand is created by combining a hand-built conical base with a wheel-thrown display surface. The deep navy sections are unglazed colored slip, with carved stripes. The base features alternating blue and orange buttons made from pigmented porcelain clay and finished with a clear glaze. The top surface and accent stripes showcase a glossy poppy glaze, combining matte and glossy finishes.
